Current experiences lack comprehensive components tailored to the diverse needs and preferences of partners. As a result, partners encounter several pain points, including:

Limited Customization: Existing components offer limited customization options, hindering partners' ability to create personalized and engaging promotional content.

Complexity: Complex interfaces and outdated components increase the learning curve for partners, leading to frustration and inefficiency in campaign execution.

Through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, we gathered valuable insights into the challenges faced by marketing partners. Key findings include:

The implementation of new components such as the Announcement Banner, New Flag, Quick Links, and Large Photo Grid elicited resounding success. ANNOUNCEMENT BANNER

Stakeholder interviews were conducted and the provided feedback indicated the need for a prominent announcement banner to highlight new products, promotions, or campaigns. User testing confirmed that this component effectively communicates critical messages or promotions to users as soon as they land on the web experience.​
NEW FLAG COMPONENT

Stakeholder interviews highlighted the value of visually distinguishing new content to drive conversions. User testing data proved that by prominently indicating new content, users are more likely to notice and explore the new additions, improving the discoverability of fresh content within the interface.​
QUICKLINKS COMPONENT

Stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis were conducted and suggested that other platforms in the industry are successfully utilizing quick links to enhance user experience. User testing confirmed that  by placing links prominently on a page, users can ​easily locate content.​
LARGE PHOTO GRID COMPONENT

Feedback from user testing sessions indicated that users prefer visual browsing experiences and find it easier to explore content through images rather than text-based navigation.​
